One system. Three certificates.
The tender asks for quality, environmental and safety certification, and you hold one certificate or none. Built as one integrated system, the trio costs less to run and audits faster than three parallel paper stacks.
Quick answer
Quick answer
A certified management system combines ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 safety requirements into one set of documents, registers and audits. It is the certification trio that government and tier one prequalification schemes expect on major contracts, from Queensland Government PQC to the equivalent bars interstate.

Who it's for
Is this for your business?
- You are targeting government or tier one principal contracts that require the full certification set
- You hold one certificate and are duplicating effort to bolt on the others
- Your quality, environmental and safety documents contradict each other because they were written by different people in different years
- Audit season consumes weeks of management time across three separate systems
Process
How the engagement runs
-
01
Gap assessment across all three standards
One assessment maps your arrangements against the shared clauses of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and the points where they genuinely differ.
-
02
Integrated build
Shared elements are written once: context, leadership, risk, competence, document control, internal audit and management review. Standard specific content sits in slim modules.
-
03
Embed and audit
One internal audit program covers all three standards, generating a single evidence trail for certification bodies.
-
04
Certification support
Support through combined or staged certification audits, whichever sequencing suits your tender deadlines.
One system
One system, three certificates.
Quality, environment and safety run on a single documented core rather than three parallel binders, so an audit against any one standard finds the same live evidence.
Deliverables
What you walk away with
One integrated manual and register set
A single system of documents your managers maintain once, not three times.
PQC ready evidence pack
The certification and system evidence prequalification responses ask for, from PQC to its interstate equivalents.
Combined internal audit program
One schedule and toolset covering quality, environment and safety.
Management review framework
A single review cycle producing the records all three standards require.
Frequently asked
Common questions
Is an integrated system harder to certify than three separate ones?
No. Certification bodies audit integrated systems routinely and usually price combined audits below three separate visits. The standards share their core structure, so most of the system is common. The result is fewer documents, fewer audit days and one version of the truth.
We already hold ISO 9001. Can you integrate the other two into it?
Yes. An existing certified system is a head start: the shared clauses are already evidenced. The engagement extends your current system with environmental and safety modules, and your existing certification body can usually scope the extension audit.
Why does the ISO trio matter for tenders?
Government prequalification schemes expect third party certified quality, environmental and safety systems on major contracts, Queensland Government PQC over one million dollars being one example, and private principals copy that bar into their own prequalification. Holding the trio moves you from explaining gaps to attaching certificates.
