Who we are

Averon Safety and Systems is a Brisbane based work health and safety consultancy working with businesses across Australia.

As a small business, Averon may fall under the small business exemption in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We choose to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles regardless, because our clients are asked to trust us with sensitive organisational information and that trust starts here.

What we collect

Enquiry form: name, work email, company, role, industry and your message.

Free tool downloads: name, work email, company and role. Providing these is how the tool is delivered, and you may also receive occasional practical updates on WHS compliance changes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing is immediate.

We do not collect health information through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend transiently processes messages on infrastructure located in the United States. We do not sell or share your details with any other party.

To understand which pages are useful, we use PostHog, a first-party analytics tool, in cookieless mode. It sets nothing on your device, keeps the analytics anonymous, and does not track you across other websites.

Engagement related information shared with us during consulting work is handled under the terms of the consulting agreement, which take precedence over this page for that material.

Access, correction and contact

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
