- Queensland The psychosocial code has applied since 1 April 2023, on a "follow it or do equal or better" basis. It was updated on 1 September 2026.
- New South Wales Since 1 July 2026, section 26A makes codes of practice the minimum standard. SafeWork NSW began a psychosocial operation on 9 October 2026.
Victoria. Psychological health regulations began on 1 December 2025.
