Downloadable resources and products

Where we offer downloadable resources or paid template packs, they are licensed to you, not sold outright. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them within your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, or use them to create a competing product.

Templates are a starting point built on a proven base. You are responsible for reviewing each document and adapting it to your own operations, industry and workforce before you rely on it.

Your consumer rights and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are a consumer, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

If a paid product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation. For a problem that is not a major failure, we will provide a remedy as the law requires. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averon Safety and Systems is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not exclude any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
